Rent Prices are per month for the entire apartment and includes water, sewer, and garbage.
Application fee is $35 per application. Each person over the age of 18 must submit an application.
Apartments are NOT pet friendly. Accommodations will only be made for tenants with disabilities that require a service or support animal in compliance with Fair Housing Laws. (Animals must be approved in advance)
Both the Flats at Terre View and Cedar Ridge Apartments are No Smoking properties.
Last month’s rent and security deposit are due at the time of lease signing.
