Things to Remember

• Rent Prices are per month for the entire apartment and includes water, sewer, and garbage.

• Application fee is $40 per application. Each person over the age of 18 must submit an application.

• Apartments are NOT pet friendly. Accommodations will only be made for tenants with disabilities that require a service or support animal in compliance with Fair Housing Laws. (Animals must be approved in advance)

• Both the Flats at Terre View and Cedar Ridge Apartments are No Smoking properties.

• Last month’s rent and security deposit are due at the time of lease signing.
